HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order our products from this site by clicking ‘Add to Cart'.
Select which flavors you would like in your box. Follow through to the checkout.
Select your delivery area (on demand for special delivery please select special and write your desired date. Once your order is accepted a confirmation email will be sent to you. It contains your order number.
DELIVERY & SPECIAL ORDERS
Our delivery range is available all-around Cairo and Giza -aggregated based on the weekly delivery schedule.
As for the special order; if you have an event or crave our cookies at anytime , we’ve got you covered. You can now order from our website and add special order instructions with your desired time and date, we’ll send you your order but with an extra charge for marsool.

WHERE ARE THE COOKIES MADE?
Cookies are made fresh at our bakery everyday.
WHAT ARE THE ALLERGENS?
Our cookies: Nuts, Eggs, Gluten
HOW LONG DO THEY STAY FRESH?
The cookies are baked super fresh and we would recommend you eat them on the day of arrival, using our reheat instructions- 10 seconds in the microwave.
HOW SHOULD THEY BE STORED?
The box is fine but ideally in an airtight container, or you can clingfilm the box. Exposure to air is what makes them dry and too hard. This makes the cookies stay fresh longer.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to change your order mix or delivery details, please get in touch via email info.crumbl@gmail.com with change my order in the subject and we’ll do our best to help you.

As we are only in soft launch we accept only cash on delivery, very soon we’ll have an online payment option.
